Disciply.me is a monthly variable-pricing subscription service published by Yann GUTTER, 16 rue Dietterlin, 67100 Strasbourg, France. Contact: designmoiunmouton@gmail.com.
The service lets users define personal daily obligations (disciplines) and adjust their monthly subscription amount based on their completion rate. The base rate is €34.99/month. Each completed task deducts €1; each missed task adds €1. With perfect discipline, the monthly amount can reach €0.
Creating an account or using the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use Disciply.me.
To access the service, users must create an account with a first name, a valid email address and a password, or use a third-party OAuth provider. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. All activity performed from your account is deemed to be carried out by you.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Accounts created with false information may be deleted without notice.
The Disciply.me subscription is monthly with no minimum commitment period. The amount charged at the end of the month is calculated automatically based on your declared activity:

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA). You must register a valid payment method to activate your subscription. Billing occurs automatically at the end of each monthly period.
By using Disciply.me, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, with no fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for periods already billed.
We reserve the right to delete any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity.

Disciply.me relies on self-reporting. No external verification mechanism is in place. You acknowledge that the value of the service depends entirely on your good faith.
The entire Disciply.me service — including source code, design, texts, logos and visuals — is the exclusive property of Yann GUTTER. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Disciply.me is a personal discipline tool. We make no guarantee of any specific results from using the service. We are not liable for temporary service unavailability, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or any indirect damage.
We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and absent an amicable resolution, the courts of Strasbourg, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
